Grupo IDESA Credit Rating Upgraded to B-, Outlook Stable

MEXICO CITY, MEXICO, May 22nd, 2023 — Grupo IDESA hereby informs that on this date, S&P Global Ratings revised the Company´s credit rating and outlook, upgrading the rating to B- with an Outlook Stable.
The outlook reflects the Ratings agency’s expectation that IDESA should gradually enhance its credit metrics after its debt restructuring and Inbursa’s capitalization. We will continue to optimize our business to generate the most value for our investors.
